On Sunday, November 1st, the Saint-Martin Fair draws to a relaxed close with the Saint-Martin Brunch, starting at 11:30 AM at the Galeries du Rivage in Vevey.
The menu features a grand buffet showcasing local flavors and “VAUD CERTIFIÉ D’ICI” products, including taillé vaudois (traditional Vaudois pastry), pâté d’Étagnières, pulled pork with mousseline, salée à la crème (cream tart), and many other dishes. Hot and cold non-alcoholic beverages are included.
